Top “Knot-ch”

Well, Baby is now 14 months old and her hair is starting to look really wild. I figured it was time to look into some baby ponytail holders. Here is a picture of her with her first ever top- knot. Isn’t she the cutest?

She sure is cute! … On another note, are you considering cloth diapers for the new baby? I’m tossing around the idea of trying some and you are the most back to nature type person I knew, so I though I’d see what you think.

Katie, short answer – no we aren’t switching to cloth diapers. I can give you the long answer when we get together Saturday. But what it came down to for me, basically, is that a) cloth diapers have a higher “yuck” factor, b) cloth diapers have a higher “work” factor, c) cloth diapers have a higher upfront money investment. Granted, they are a) better for the environment, b) better for baby, c) better for the pocketbook in the long run — I just never could make the leap. (I – unwisely – avoid “yuck” and “work” whenever possible!) :0)
