Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. Psalm 127:3-5a
I know I've posted a couple of times in the last week about my weariness with parenting, and I don't want to give the wrong impression about me or my children. I love that I have children and that I am blessed to be able to stay home with them all day, teaching and training them. I am blessed. My days aren't always easy, but there are many moments of joy throughout them. On that note, I wanted to share these "moments" from today.
Here are Bud and Baby playing in the yard.
And Missy and Baby playing.
And then here is my favorite picture of the day. Baby looking oh so precious in her little sun hat.
Your children are *adorable*. Don’t worry, you didn’t give me the wrong impression
It’s obvious you love you children very much! Green grass….how I long for green grass!
Thank you, Amy. They were so cute I had to get the camara out.
Sorry you don’t have any green grass where you are. Spring should be kicking in soon for you, right?
It’s just starting in earnest here. A few patches of green where the sun shines most and a sparrow couple are busy building a nest in the birdhouse on the birch tree just outside our kitchen window
